1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order or otherwise using affiliatesoloads.com (the "Site," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

We sell email-based ("solo ad") traffic packages to affiliate marketers and other online promoters. Packages are sold based on a guaranteed number of unique clicks to a link you provide, not on any guaranteed number of sales, leads, or conversions.

3. Ordering & Payment

• Orders are placed by selecting a package and submitting payment through our accepted payment methods (Stripe, PayPal).
• You are responsible for providing an accurate, working offer or landing page link at the time of order.
• We reserve the right to decline an order if the submitted offer violates our Prohibited Uses (Section 6) or is not a good fit for our traffic.

4. Delivery & Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of the number of clicks purchased, tracked via independent third-party tracking, with a minimum of 10% over-delivery as standard. If delivery falls short of the guaranteed click count, we will either continue delivery until the shortfall is met or issue a partial refund proportional to the shortfall.

We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, opt-ins, or sales resulting from delivered traffic, as these outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, landing page, and follow-up process.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our separate Refund Policy, available at [REFUND POLICY URL]. In general, refunds apply only to undelivered clicks below the guaranteed amount — not to campaigns that were fully delivered but did not convert as hoped.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to promote:

• Illegal products, services, or schemes
• Adult content or services
• Offers involving deceptive or fraudulent claims
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that violates these terms, with a refund issued for any undelivered portion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AffiliateSoloAds and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
