Our Quality Traffic Guarantee, in one sentence

If we don't deliver the number of clicks you paid for, we make up the difference or refund the gap — no fine print, no run-around.

What's Covered

  • Undelivered clicks. If your order falls short of the guaranteed click count (accounting for our standard 10%+ over-delivery buffer), you're entitled to either completed delivery or a proportional refund of the undelivered portion.
  • Invalid or duplicate clicks. Clicks confirmed as bot traffic or duplicates via independent tracking are not counted toward your delivered total and are made up or refunded the same way.
  • Non-delivery. If a campaign never begins after payment is confirmed and no reasonable delivery timeline is met, you're entitled to a full refund.

What's Not Covered

  • Conversion results. We guarantee traffic delivery, not sales, leads, or opt-ins — those depend on your offer, landing page, and follow-up, which are outside our control.
  • Fully delivered campaigns. Once the guaranteed click count has been delivered and confirmed via tracking, the order is considered complete and is not eligible for a refund based on performance.
  • Offers that violate our Terms of Service, including prohibited niches or misleading claims.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [support@affiliatesoloads.com] with your order confirmation and tracking link.
  2. We'll review your independent tracking data against what was guaranteed at purchase.
  3. If a shortfall is confirmed, we'll offer to complete delivery or issue a proportional refund — your choice.

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method and may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
